Our Firm

We provide quality legal services to clients throughout Fulton County and Northern Indiana. Attorneys Andy Perkins and Lauren Adley have several years of combined legal experience. We also maintain a highly qualified staff, including office manager, Karin L. Fowler, and paralegals, Kimberly L. Hunter and Hanna Dalrymple.


Previously known as Peterson Waggoner & Perkins, the firm has served clients in Fulton County for more than 58 years, and that longevity helps us deliver families and businesses the highest quality legal and professional service. In fact, most of our clients are referred to us by current or previous clients, and by fellow attorneys.

Our office was specifically designed for a dynamic legal practice. The building has two conference rooms, and a library which can also serve as a third conference room. Firm History

Robert E. Peterson (1930-2020) opened his law practice at 112½ East 8th Street, Rochester, Indiana on April 19, 1965. In 1972, Douglas B. Morton joined the firm as an associate, later forming the partnership Peterson & Morton, and offices were moved to 110 West 9th Street. The firm then added Richard L. Kehoe, as an associate. Mr. Kehoe left in 1976. Ted A. Waggoner came to work for Peterson & Morton on June 26, 1978, as an associate. Douglas B. Morton left the firm in December of 1978, after being elected Fulton Circuit Court Judge. The law firm of Peterson & Waggoner was formed January 1, 1981 and moved to 120 East 8th Street in January, 1984. The firm opened the current offices in January 2001 at 125 East Tenth Street, and changed the name of the firm to Peterson & Waggoner, LLP. T. Andrew Perkins joined the staff as an associate attorney in 2001 and became partner January 1, 2009. The firm was re-named Peterson Waggoner & Perkins, LLP in 2011. Lauren Adley joined as an Associate Attorney in 2019, and became a partner in 2022. Ted A. Waggoner retired from the firm on August 31, 2023. the firm was was re-named Perkins & Adley on January 1, 2024.
